ROLE DESCRIPTION: Our ideal candidate will thrive in an environment that requires efficient multitasking. You are versatile, energetic, and will provide all levels of office support, including Front Desk reception. This junior role will lead to a licensed insurance agent position and is perfect for someone wanting to work 30-35 hours a week with flexibility in their work life. Pay raise once you obtain your Property and Casualty License.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer service inquiries and provide solutions to complex problems with a high level of attention to detail
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools for the job and or systems
- Take the extra mile to engage customers in a friendly manner by email, in person, or by phone
- Work with customers to find solutions to customer complaints;
- Provide appropriate solutions within a set time limit and follow up to ensure resolution
- Data entry of customer information into computer system
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Experience in customer service and sales
- Proactive in problem-solving
- Experience in Windows computer applications
- Ability to obtain your Property and Casualty License within 90 days of offer
