Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Accounts Payable Clerk. The purpose of the Accounts Payble Clerk is to process vendor payments in timely manner.
Job Responsibilites
- Enter and maintain invoices
- Verify invoices match purchase orders
- Reconcile vendor statements and issuing timely vendor payments
- Setup and maintain vendor files
- Verify approval for invoices
- Prepare accounts payable checks either indivially or by batch
- Reconcile statement against ledger to ensure accuracy
- Communicate with vendors on any discrepancies
- Assist with monthly accounts payable close out
- Sort and file all accounts payable paperwork
High School or General Education Degree (GED); and one year of automotive accounts payable experience.
