Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and schedule service appointments per guidelines.
• Conduct daily follow-up calls post-appointment to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Listen actively to guests, answer questions, and direct them appropriately.
• Respond promptly to phone calls, online scheduling, and live chat inquiries.
• Follow up on declined service work, next appointments, and lost guests.
• Send out coupons and promotional materials.
• Request and obtain online reviews.
• Advise guests on vehicle maintenance recommendations.
• Confirm scheduled and missed appointments.
