```Duties```

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department

- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls

- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts

- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws

- Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting

- Provide financial analysis and support to senior management

- Manage relationships with banks, lenders, and other financial institutions

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance

```Requirements```

- Proven experience as a finance manager or similar role

- Strong knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems

- Proficient in math and basic math calculations

- Familiarity with TILA (Truth in Lending Act) regulations

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients

- Experience in dealership finance or credit analysis is preferred

- Knowledge of contract and financial services is a plus

- Familiarity with title processing is an advantage

Pay: $109,276.00 - $121,132.00 per year
