JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish and grow relationships to build clientele for life
- Create and Utilize consultative selling skills
- Helping customers to find the appropriate vehicle that fits their needs
- Continuous growth and development
- Exhibit professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
- Become a true pro at Follow up
- Work with store managers with objectives, planned activities, reviews and analyses
- Learn and become able to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
- Always remaining coachable
- Use cutting edge technology to grow and communicate with our customer base
QUALIFICATIONS
- Available to work flexible hours with one day off through the week, in addition to Sunday
- Motivated mentality with strong sense of ambition
- Always eager to learn and grow
- Great people communicator
- Well groomed business appearance
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license
- No Sales Experience Necessary
- Great or willing to become great with Social Media
