What You’ll Do

• Deliver Talk of the Town Guest Service
• Assist with work duties across departments including cross-training of Team Members
• Lead, develop, and train the Guest Service, E-Commerce, Safety, & Sanitation teams 
• Oversee scheduling for maximum team member productivity and quality of service
• Ensure appropriate forecasting, planning, and ordering for production
• Institute controls to minimize and/or repurpose food and supply waste
• Maintain high standards of safety and sanitation throughout all departments
• Set the standard for hospitality. Utilize guest feedback to integrate findings that deliver value and accelerate growth

Qualifications

• 3 years’ of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or restaurant environment
• Strong leadership skills including critical thinking, problem solving, and financial analysis
• Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills
• Ability to maintain composure, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Certification in Food Safety is preferred
• Work Authorization in the United States is required.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Must be able to perform the following physical activities regularly: walking, standing, kneeling, climbing, balancing, stooping, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, and repetitive motions (Walking/Standing 90% and Sitting 10% of the day)
• Physically able to exert up to 50 pounds of force often and exert up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
• Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures (including walk-in coolers and freezers), chemicals, and cleaning products
• Use of operating equipment including the baler, compactor, power jack, knives, and cutting tools
