Dommels Hotel Management Inc. is Hiring a Breakfast Buffet Attendant (PT) Near Lancaster, PA
- Ensure setup is complete each morning for the breakfast buffet and fresh foods are always available during the service hours.
- Coordinate with the kitchen as necessary to keep all hot food items stocked on the buffet.
- Serve guests with coffee and other drink orders while they are in the dining area and replenish as necessary.
- Clean the breakfast area, including the tables, chairs, and buffet bar as needed, and empty garbage.
- Remove plates and dishes from tables throughout the breakfast service using appropriate techniques for removing plates, glasses, and silverware promptly.
- Address visitor questions and requests promptly, courteously, and efficiently.
- Follow health and safety protocols to clean and sanitize service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment.
- Ensure all glassware and silverware are properly washed, sanitized, dried, and re-rolled/stored at the end of breakfast service.
- Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification.
- Experience working in food service is preferred.
- Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality.
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with guests and other team members.
- The work schedule will vary based on weekly bookings.
- 6 A.M. start time is typical
- The ending time will vary based on bookings.
- Gratuity is included in compensation.
