Description:

• Track inventory through ERP system and physically using cycle counts and assist in reconciliation issues as they arise.

• Work with Inbound and outbound freight carriers (such as FedEx, UPS, DHL) and freight forwarders to ensure shipments are accurate and on time with appropriate paperwork.

• Being able to handle large volumes of shipments.

• Be able to read and record weights and dimensions for packing and shipping purposes and entering them into the ERP system.

• Be able to read Process Forms and input the data in the ERP system.

• Apply commercial invoice to packages that require it.

• Assist in identifying new procedures and methods to expedite the import and export of shipments and create a cost savings if appropriate.

• Being able to respond to large volume of emails while maintaining speed and accuracy in communication and ERP data entry and tracking.
