CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (Temple Health - Fox Chase Cancer Center) - ( 220327 ) **Description**
Responsible for Customer Service and Self Pay collections in a high volume call center environment. Utilize telephone, customer service, and problem solving skills to assist patients in resolving their facility account balances and collect outstanding patient balances using current available technology. Identify issues and introduce alternative payment options, while navigating and updating various patient accounting systems. Required to analyze, follow-up, and resolve patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism. Receives and responds to day-to-day inquiries from third-party carriers and patients, processes correspondence and maintains patient files.

High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
