JOB SUMMARY

The Seasonal Warehouse Associate performs all functions related to the operational aspects of the business on the warehouse floor while maintaining the organization’s inventory, ordering, and supplying of necessary items while maintaining accurate records. The Seasonal Warehouse Associate will have the potential to become permanent after 90 days of employment. The following is not an exhaustive list of duties for the role:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITITES:

· Arrive at our facility on time following your specific schedule.

· Weekend availability as needed is required.

· Pick or pack orders within our fulfillment center.

· Load and unload trucks as required.

· Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and condition of products.

· Assist with inventory counts and audits.

· Meet required productivity standards while avoiding errors.

· Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

· Maintains consistent stock of inventory, ordering new stock up to pre-authorized limit as inventory dwindles.

· Establishes and maintains backup source for high-demand items.

· Assesses inventory reports and order patterns to identify items in need of automatic, recurring delivery.

· Maintains accurate daily records of goods received and shipments made.

· Ability to navigate warehouse and reach items both high and low.

· Maintain a clean and organized warehouse floor.

· Other warehouse duties as assigned.

Work Environment:

● Full time - onsite position

● The Seasonal Warehouse Associate works in a warehouse environment.

· Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple competing tasks.

· Ability to lift up to 40 pounds at times.

· Lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time.

Qualifications:

● High School Diploma or GED

● 1 years of experience in packing and picking

Compensation & Benefits:

● Salary: $16.00 an hour
