Dollamur Sport Surfaces is Hiring a Logistics (Shipping) Associate Near Fort Worth, TX
$15.00 for no experience (We will train you!!)
OR
$16 with experience - we'll pay for your value!! (Forklift experience a plus!)
1st Shift (8am – 5pm OR 7am-4pm) - we're growing and expanding! New facility off I35W & Everman Parkway.

The Logistics Associate’s primary responsibility is to assist in daily operational tasks for the shipping & receiving functions.
- Organize and group product from previous day’s production.
- Perform quality inspections on each roll including but not limited to checking for defects on each roll, checking surface quality, and overall appearance of product.
- Package product for shipping according to specific instructions.
- Load trailers with specific orders for each vendor based on ship via.
- Assist with receiving and unloading of trucks.
- Work within safety parameters as described in Dollamur’s hire and wear required PPE during tasks.
- Self-starter; must be willing to work in a team environment.
- Willing to work overtime and/or some weekends as required.
- Experience working in an ambient temperature manufacturing environment a plus.
- Must be able to work on your feet, bend, stoop, and lift consistently for all scheduled hours.
- Must be able to manipulate and move material with assistance weighing up to 90 lbs. by either rolling, lifting, or using a hand cart.
- Forklift experience is very desirable.
- Must be able to read and understand spoken English.
- High attention to detail, ability to solve straight forward problems with a few concrete variables.
- Must possess hand-eye coordination necessary to operate machines and perform essential duties.
- Experience using measuring and cutting tools a plus
- Must be comfortable completing tasks alone or as part of a team.
- This position will function in a manufacturing environment to fulfill essential duties. This role will regularly be required to sit, stand, kneel, crouch, walk, climb stairs.
- Exposure to loud noises, dust, dirt, and smoke may occur.
- Exposure to forklift traffic, sharp tools & objects, and moving mechanical parts.
