Gluten free/ vegan production bakery seeking energetic and versatile individual to join our team.

This is a varied position in which you will be involved in all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the bakery. It requires an individual who is quick to learn and able to be flexible with switching tasks. Knowledge of excel and general computer/ internet skills required.

· Learn packaging tasks so can fill in as needed – pick and packing orders, packaging and labeling cakes and brownies, packing and shipping Amazon and other online orders.

· Fill in on bakery side as needed – cut brownies, use bread slicer, make small batches of muffins, work with other staff to make large production batches.

· General cleaning tasks such as dishes, mopping, cleaning equipment in rotation with other staff members.

· Purchasing – use Excel inventory spreadsheet to predict ordering needs and place orders (various purveyors); pick up local items that cannot be delivered; and shelf incoming materials.

· Order entry – receive and enter incoming orders into Quickbooks.

· Facility– manage repairs and upkeep for machinery, pest control, general (ring doorbell, lock, storage facility, etc.)

Once fully trained, this candidate should be able to step in to oversee day to day operations of business as needed.
