Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team in a grocery store setting. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient store functioning.

Duties:
- Oversee daily store operations, including sales management, shift management, and POS system operation.
- Supervise staff, provide guidance, and conduct employee orientation.
- Manage inventory control, pricing, and ensure proper stock levels.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating employees.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Experience:
- Previous experience in sales management or shift management is preferred.
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory control.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Multilingual skills are a plus for better customer service.
