What you'll do as the Machine Operator:

• Stock and retrieve packages and bulk containers
• Receive and ship inventory items
• Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring no product leaves or enters the warehouse without the necessary paperwork
• Meet and complete all WECO regulatory safety requirements
• Utilize weights and measures to accurately fill containers
• Keep paperwork (load slips) in order and turned in on time
• Pull customer orders correctly for delivery
• Responsible for reporting all mistakes immediately
• Respond to inquiries in a timely, accurate, and appropriate manner

What you'll bring to the Machine Operator role:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Knowledge and/or experience with agricultural operations
• Ability to repetitively bend and lift up to 80 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
• Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a team approach and positive attitude
• Willingness to operate material handling equipment including forklift, order picker, pallet jack, and other equipment as required
• Willingness and desire to work overtime hours during busy seasons
