Doherty Staffing Solutions is interviewing for Production Operators to work at our client company located in Maple Lake, MN on first shift from 6:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Thursday. The pay is $18 per hour, plus $1 / hour for any relevant manufacturing experience.
PRODUCTION OPERATORS RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Operate molding equipment, power tools and specialized instruments used to trim plastic products
• Working as a team or individually, place and fill molds with plastic product
• Remove completed plastic component from mold for trimming
• Trim component
• Assemble quality final finished product
• Operate work equipment, power tools and specialized instruments used in plant operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and general appearance of facilities and surrounding work area.
• Meet/exceed product quality for finished products
PRODUCTION OPERATORS REQUIREMENTS:
• Heavy lifting and working in cramped quarters
• Read and understand manuals and written or verbal directions
• Lift a minimum of 50 pounds
