We are seeking candidates for CNC Machinist - Milling roles on the 1st shift. Compensation for these temp-to-hire roles is $25.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Interested? What a CNC Machinist will do:

• Revise programs to eliminate instruction errors or omissions
• Create standard drawings and complex drawings, which involve dimensions, tolerance, intricate details, auxiliary views, and projections from sketches, layouts, or engineering data as required
• Perform set-ups and runs
• Ensure proper documentation and setup information for repeat runs
• Under limited supervision, must be able to do first-time-run-through on his or her programs in an accurate and timely manner
• Create CAD/CAM databases, CAD models, and CAM process models
• Create CNC programs for multitasking mill-turn machine tools, providing some technical support to manufacturing personnel
• Perform complex set-ups and various machining operations as required
• May assist in the preparation of bills of material, engineering change orders, and other documentation

What you need to be a CNC Machinist:

• Degree from a 2-year technical school or skill equivalent preferred
• Strong Milling experience with setting up machines
• Able to read Blueprints
• Working experience and familiarity with Makino machines
• Experience on CAD/CAM and machining centers w/ Fanuc controls
• Maintain a work area in a safe, neat, and orderly manner
