We are seeking candidates for a Recruiting Intern position.

Flexible schedule and work arrangement- hybrid work remote and in our cafes/restaurants. This is a great position for current college students or recent college graduates.

This position is based on Long Island NY and you must reside on Long Island NY.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

Perform administrative functions related to restaurant recruitment including but not limited to sourcing, screening and scheduling job applicants.

Assist with the following:

• Post Requisitions
• Review Job Boards and Company Applicant Tracking Platform and contact applicants.
• Source Applicants for Restaurant Management Positions.
• Conduct Pre-screens of Applicants.
• Schedule Interviews.
• Conduct administrative tasks.

Qualifications

If you have an interest in recruiting and human resources and are

• Able to work a 25-40 hour work week
• Good organizational skills (attention to detail is critical)
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiastic, dependable, self-motivated, quick learner, and an outgoing personality
• Previous office experience; general skills- scheduling, phone skills

This is a temporary full time position-Pay is $16.00 - $20.00 hourly based on experience
