DOGWOOD VILLAGE of Orange County is Hiring an Executive Director Near Orange, VA
Dogwood Village of Orange County (Virginia) is seeking a talented, experienced, compassionate, and dynamic Executive Director to lead the team. Our community consists of 164 SNF/NF beds and 60 ALF units (licensed for 80) with approximately 300 team members. The Dogwood family is comprised of many long-term, compassionate, and dedicated individuals. This position reports directly to a Commission Board of Directors who are very supportive of Dogwood Village. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator with a current Virginia NHA license in good standing. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare is preferred. As Executive Director, you will assume responsibility for the quality of care for both our SNF/NF and ALF residents. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, leadership, and management of the overall community. In addition, establishing policies and protocols that promote quality care, regulatory compliance, and staff morale is a critical component of this position. The ideal candidate must exhibit a level of leadership commensurate with our mission—Best Place to Live-Best Place to Work, while promoting the health and well-being of our residents and team members. Dogwood Village of Orange County offers a competitive compensation and benefits package based on experience and qualifications.
