Job Overview:
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee the maintenance and operation of our 8 facilities across metro Atlanta (Alpharetta, Douglasville, East Point, Newnan, Roswell, Sandy Springs, and Woodstock). The ideal candidate will have experience in high and low voltage systems, mechanical and plumbing knowledge, and light construction and project management skills.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise facility maintenance staff
- Coordinate and oversee industrial maintenance projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Implement preventive maintenance programs
- Utilize CMMS for tracking work orders and maintenance schedules
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems

Experience:
- Proven experience in facilities management
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of high and low voltage systems
- Proficiency in project management
- Familiarity with industrial maintenance practices
- Understanding of electrical systems
