Inventory Clerk - Auto Dealership
Classification - Non-Exempt
Job Responsibilities:
- Process Daily New & Used Inventory transactions.
- Stock in All Vehicle Units into Accounting system
- Process Daily Wholesale and Dealer Trade Transactions
- Process check request for purchase units.
- Call weekly on titles needed on payoff and pending issues.
- Provide internal support to the stores as needed.
- Assist in monthly closing of all accounts as required.
- Additional duties assigned by the manager.
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a dealership
- CDK Experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
