The Student Services Systems Coordinator (SSS Coordinator) serves as technical expert to all Student Services Departments. The individual in this role will serve as the primary individual who implements and supports Student Services technology platforms and serves as a liaison between the Student Services team and the IT team, clarifying business process requirements and performing functional quality assurance testing before implementation in production. The Coordinator will also be responsible for guiding Student Service departments in producing queries and reports from the Student Services platforms.
