What you'll do

As a member of the Workforce Identity team, you will help the team manage the user lifecycle of all DocuSign employees and contingent workers. The team is responsible for making sure that all internal users have the appropriate access to software and tools based on their job and responsibilities at DocuSign. You will have the opportunity to work with our teams to help manage and maintain our identity and access management systems, including Active Directory, Okta, AWS, Azure AD, and various cloud-based SaaS applications.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Principal Security Architect for Identity.

Responsibility

• Design and implement an internal data visualization and navigation tool that will present existing automatic assignment logic in a user-friendly way
• Assist with identity and access management tasks, including user lifecycle management and role-based access control (RBAC) definitions
• Help with the automation of identity and access management processes using scripting and other tools
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective integration of identity and access management systems with other business applications

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic 

• Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
• Currently in rising Junior standing and planning to graduate in Spring/Summer 2025 or Fall 2025
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python

Preferred 

• Advanced knowledge of Python
• Previous academic or professional experience in systems access
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong technical skills and ability to quickly learn new technologies
• Basic understanding of identity and access management concepts and principles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Wage Transparency

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $40/hour - $48/hour

Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $38/hour - $40/hour
