At Doctors of Physical Therapy our Front Office Coordinators are the glue of our clinics. We are looking for a full time Front Office Coordinator/Physical Therapy Aide to uphold our excellent customer service and contribute to the patient experience. Responsibilities include;

• Greet patients
• Effectively communicate patients, families, team members, clinicians and all departments.
• Provides detailed instructions to patients for their visits.
• Reviews and evaluates patient charts for data entry accuracy.
• Work as a team to ensure we have an efficient working environment to ensure that calls are made timely to patients and referral sources.
• Familiarity with Outpatient Rehabilitation/Medical services and medical terminology.
• Assist with patient exercises
• Answering phones
• Patient registration/data entry
• Scanning/faxing/other clerical duties
• Collecting copays and patient balances
• Patient scheduling-Schedule Management
• Patient Care assistance as needed
• Strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of Insurance benefits

Must be available to work Monday through Friday and some evenings. Available to travel to the Jefferson area for training is a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
