As a Customer Success Manager at DoctorLogic, you will play a critical role in managing the relationships, strategy, and well-being of our customers. You will work with our doctors to proactively drive product adoption, help their business objectives, advise on best practices, and act as the voice of your customers internally at DoctorLogic.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Cultivate and manage a client portfolio, facilitating successful customer relationships, working collaboratively to drive adoption of best practices, ensure retention, improve satisfaction, and inspire customer loyalty
  • Educate and consult clients on SEO best practices, digital marketing growth tactics, and industry standards.
  • Cultivate customer champions through a trusted advisor relationship to identify referrals, upsell opportunities, by referencing customer successes and case studies
  • Work with customers to establish goals and key performance indicators
  • Conduct monthly/quarterly customer performance reviews
  • Become the subject matter expert on digital marketing, the healthcare industry, and medical specialty trends
  • Share relevant insights through product training and webinars on how customers can best leverage DoctorLogic’s software to maximize ROI
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments on projects focused on improving customer success
  • Maximize customer value through the applied use of Digital Marketing tools and analytics

What Will You Bring To The Team?

  • 2 years of experience supporting SEO, PPC, Websites / Digital Marketing
  • 3 years of account management experience, preferably in a Digital Marketing agency
  • Ability to manage 50 clients at any given time
  • Extensive knowledge in SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, Websites, and CMS is required
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing startup environment
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
  • Proven track record and mastery in building consultative relationships through implementation, renewal, and upsell
  • Passionate about customer experiences, detail-oriented, strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel to client engagements
