Qualifications

Requirements/Qualifications

• DMD or DDS from an accredited US program with advanced education in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
• Active State Dental License.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Real ID prior to gaining base access.
• Pass a background check (including criminal record check) and drug screening.
