Job Responsibilities:

• Clean, cut and prep raw materials.
• Operate and set up CNC equipment.
• Understand and read blueprints.
• Dedicated team member.
• Operate bandsaws, CNC Plasma, grinders and power tools.
• Follow all safety protocol such as wearing proper PPE (Reflective Vest, Steel Toe Shoes or Boots, Approved Respirators, Protective Gloves and Safety Glasses).
• Self-motivated and ability to take initiative.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Performs all duties as assigned.
• Tolerance and quality check using micrometers and calipers.
• Help assemble parts and hardware.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist in repairs and maintenance.
• Ability to handle tools and lift 40 lbs. of material.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Successfully completed CNC Machining Program or obtained certification.
• Relative work experience: Entry level

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• This position is performed in a warehouse which may or may not be temperature controlled
• Employees may have to be outside some of the time to perform the full lifecycle of the position requirements.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear.
• Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat and climb
• Vision abilities required include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such.
• Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
