We are seeking a full time Director of Talent Acquisition to lead hiring, training, and on-boarding for DOCS Health. This position will be based out of our Pipersville, PA headquarters. In this role, you will enhance and develop the organization's ability to attract top talent from around the world. You will oversee the talent acquisition department and partner with our hiring managers and other support staff.
To ensure success as a director of talent acquisition, you should be an experienced leader who has a keen understanding of healthcare staffing practices and processes involved in acquiring and nurturing talent.
