We are seeking a full time Director of Talent Acquisition to lead hiring, training, and on-boarding for DOCS Health. This position will be based out of our Pipersville, PA headquarters. In this role, you will enhance and develop the organization's ability to attract top talent from around the world. You will oversee the talent acquisition department and partner with our hiring managers and other support staff.

To ensure success as a director of talent acquisition, you should be an experienced leader who has a keen understanding of healthcare staffing practices and processes involved in acquiring and nurturing talent. A top-notch director of talent acquisition will be an exceptional leader who leverages their knowledge and network to build the organization's potential.

Responsibilities

  • Will lead sourcing, hiring, and employee acquisition processes
  • Ensure that talent acquisition projects fall in line with organizational objectives
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence and develop clear objectives for the talent acquisition team
  • Create and proof guidelines for hiring practices within the organization
  • Build relationships with key organizations, bodies, and institutes
  • Participate in meetings with talent acquisition team and other executives
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure the effective sourcing and retention of talent
  • Create and guide training initiatives and education policies
  • Produce regular reports on talent needs, acquisitions, and plans
  • Present hiring, talent, and employment-related reports to members of the organization

Qualifications

  • A graduate degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or Business Management, preferably in healthcare; required.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Talent Acquisition Manager or Head of Talent Acquisition.
  • Knowledge of full cycle hiring processes, skill development, and organizational analysis frameworks.
  • Proficient at using software and leveraging technology for talent acquisition processes.
  • Proficient with iCIMS is preferred.
  • A thorough understanding of state and federal legal processes, requirements, and legislation.
  • Experience leading process improvement efforts at scale - planning skills, information management, resilience and comfort with ambiguity are critical.
  • Strong executive leadership presence and ability to effectively communicate goals to the internal leadership and military base leadership.
  • This position requires the director to be on-site with 10-15% travel.
