Building Diagnostics/Technical Sales Representative/Project Manager
Job Summary
In this key role leading to senior management responsibilities, the Representative will be mentored by the President on the techniques for evaluating building performance, developing cost proposals, and submitting them to the customer for approval and conversion into profitable contracts for performance improvements by DocAir project teams. The target market for DocAir services includes but is not limited to homeowners, realtors, attorneys, and property managers.
The Representative will respond to requests from customers through a process sequence of 1) visiting the site residence or building; 2) gathering preliminary information from the customer and developing rapport; 3) conducting a comprehensive evaluation of the building and grounds to look for defects, operational problems, or opportunities for improvement; and 4) developing a compelling cost proposal for ultimate approval by the customer. The Sales Representative will be part of a collaborative team of diagnosticians and site project personnel.
