Dobson Properties is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Harrisburg, PA
Rate:
- Maintenance Technician $18-$24/hour
- Hourly rate varies based on experience, qualifications, certifications
Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform in home service requests
- Trouble shoot appliances and HVAC
- General knowledge of plumbing/electrical/carpentry/painting
- Inspect and make vacant units rent ready for new incoming residents
- Work with vendors and contractors
- Provide an excellent customer service experience for our resident guests
Requirements
- General maintenance/grounds experience
- Valid PA Driver's License
- Reliable and Insured Transportation
- Cell phone with reliable service
- Ability to meet deadlines and make sound decisions in stressful situations
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Creative problem solving skills
- Must be able to troubleshoot/fix various problems or issues
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: Multiple locations
