Job Description: Dental Assistant/ Front Desk
Responsibilities:
- All phases of dentistry, four-handed clinical assistance
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments
- Proficiency in digital X-rays, both intra-oral & Pano/CBCT.
- Perform essential laboratory duties, such as pouring and trimming models
- Schedule patient appointments and manage patient records
- Maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols
-Front Desk duties include handling multi-line phone calls, payment receipts, recording ledgers, data entry, insurance tracking, verifying eligibility, lab case tracking, and coordinating staff schedules.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- X-ray certification required
- Experience working in a dental office or similar healthcare setting is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments
