Job purpose
Perform maintenance and repairs as needed on HVAC systems and production support equipment which includes but is not limited to chillers, boilers, air handlers, cooling towers, compressors, and air dryers. Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment using blueprints, manufacturer specifications, and wiring diagrams.

Safety Requirements
The hiring range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000 per year. This range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
