Key Responsibilities:as Talent Acquisition Administrator (Bilingual Spanish) at dnata catering in Everett, MA The role will involve 50% recruiting/talent acquisition, 25% project work (Employee Training), and 25% assisting with HR responsibilities when needed. The responsibilities include assisting and administering recruiting strategies, collaborating with department managers, attracting candidates, conducting interviews, assessing applicants' skills and experience, provide Unit General Manager with administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to work well independently in a high volume fast paced environment and within a team, maintain confidentiality and trust, and be highly adept with electronic file-keeping.

This salary range and is influenced by the level of experience. When calculating the base pay, we take into account various factors such as location, qualifications, training, and experience as part of the overall compensation package.
EDUCATION: Associate degree in human resources plus 2 years of progressive recruiting experience where sourcing is required, with at least two years within hospitality or manufacturing.

Physical demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, or crouch. Work environment:
