About the Opportunity

DMI, LLCis seeking a Lead UI/UX Developer (Intermediate) to join us.

Duties and Responsibilities: The Lead UI/UX Developer manages and coordinates the daily operations of a user experience (UX) team who perform usability testing, writing, research, ideation, diagramming, and design. Oversees employees, monitoring external research, standards, inventions, trends, and design concepts for potential business opportunities and improvements to meet the organization's determined needs and business objectives. Develops, grows, and inspires a user experience design team and processes, creating user experience visual designs, strategies, guidelines, and standards. Plans innovative changes to UX design, information architecture, strategy, development processes, and organizational capabilities/structure.

Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience: BA/BS in relevant area with 5 years of experience

Required and Desired Skills/Certifications: Secret Clearance with a Security Certificationa and at least one relevant CE

Additional Requirements: .Net Framework

Min Citizenship Status Required: Must be a US Citizen
