As a Customer Solutions Specialist at DMF, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales growth. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with internal departments to deliver a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
· Subject Matter Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on DMF lighting solutions, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, tools, and processes used by the sales team.
· Onboarding Assistance: Assist in managing the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation and processes.
· Interdepartmental Liaison: Act as an intermediary between the sales organization and internal departments such as Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and IT, facilitating communication and collaboration.
· Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with representatives in assigned territories, collaborating with sales teams to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
· Needs Assessment: Identify and assess customers' needs to provide tailored solutions and achieve satisfaction.
· Continuous Improvement: Identify, develop, and implement continuous improvement solutions to drive greater efficiencies and effectiveness for the sales organization.
· Project Support: Provide support to the outside sales team on their projects, including updating existing quotes and tracking the status of quotes in the pipeline.
· White Glove Customer Service: Provide white glove customer service to our customer base, projecting yourself as the face of DMF and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or coursework in business or related fields is a plus.
· Entry-level candidates with a passion for customer service and a desire to learn and grow within a dynamic environment.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Detail-oriented with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
· Basic computer skills, with the eagerness to learn and utilize new software tools.
