Senior Marketing Database ManagerThe Senior Marketing Database Manager plays a crucial role in identifying potential study candidates within our patient database. The successful candidate will conduct lead management and contribute to the identification of eligible patients for various studies. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct thorough analysis of the patient database to identify potential candidates for participation in clinical studies. Monitor and report on conversion rates.
  • Review and comprehend clinical study protocols to extract relevant information necessary for patient identification. Collaborate with research teams to clarify any medical or protocol-related queries.
  • Perform basic data analysis to extract meaningful insights from patient records, develop and implement targeted approaches to identify potential candidates.
  • Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, integrate database management strategies into broader marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and implement segmentation strategies, identifying unique patient profiles based on demographic, medical, and behavioral attributes. Explore innovative approaches for lead generation, leveraging data-driven insights.
  • Create reports on database leads and conversion.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and ethical standards in patient identification and data management
  • Attend courses, webinars, and conduct research to stay updated on new trends and best practices.
  • Other tasks and special projects, as assigned by management
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCEEducation:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare or related field, required
  • Master’s Degree, preferred
Experience:
  • 3 years prior experience in patient database management, or similar role

  • N/A
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Basic medical knowledge with the ability to understand and interpret clinical study protocols.
  • Proficiency in data analysis.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Resourceful, open to new approaches, and an excellent problem solver.
  • Driven, positive, and possesses a 'do-what-it-takes' mentality
