```Job Overview:```
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of bar operations, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. This is a key leadership role within our organization, requiring strong management skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences in a fast-paced environment.
```Duties:```
- Manage and supervise all food and beverage operations, including bar
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- Monitor inventory levels
-Mentor, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service
- Oversee the execution of special events and functions
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Cash Handling. Responsible for opening and closing.
```Requirements:```
- Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, hospitality operations, shift management, food safety, and bar service
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
