The DLP Staffing, LLC is currently accepting applications for the position of:
POSITION TITLE: Property Manager Location: Laredo, TX 
 | FLSA: Non-Exempt | Hire Pay: $14.50 per hour | Classification: Full time
JOB SUMMARY:
The Property Manager will be responsible for managing multiple properties with great efficiency. The Property Manager's responsibilities will include managing property matters, coordinating maintenance work, preparing leases, and preparing reports.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Excellent oral and written communication skills; be able to organize their work using tools, like MS, Excel, QuickBooks, and other financial system software. Ensures the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the properties. 
  • Preparing and managing budgets.
  • Attracting new tenants through advertising, property viewings, and referrals.
  • Interviewing tenants and running credit checks.
  • Contracting and supervising repairs and maintenance work.
  • Investigate and address tenant complaints and inspect properties.
  • Other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND EXCISED:
Receives supervision from the Office Manager. The position has no formal assigned supervisory responsibility or authority. Must complete jobs without constant supervision.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
The principal duties of this position are performed in an office environment. Works standing and sitting for prolonged periods of time while working on a daily basis. Sits, stoops crawls, climbs, lifts, bends, kneels, pulls, and pushes while performing job duties. Ability to lift equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.
ALCOHOL AND DRUG TESTING POLICY:
This position is subject to the DLP Staffing, Drug-Free Workplace Policy which includes Post-Accident Testing, Random Testing, and/or Reasonable Suspicion Testing.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
· Experience as a property manager or similar role.
· Knowledge of property regulations.
· Understanding of marketing and property management principles.
· High school diploma/GED.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent communication and negotiating, and customer service skills.
· Background check required.
Other:
Valid Drivers’ License Class C.
