POSITION TITLE: Chief Financial Officer
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for helping a company or organization achieve its financial goals. Duties include supervising cash management activities, coming up with money-saving strategies, and managing investments. Must perform broad accounting and business tasks, including developing financial strategies, supervising finance personnel, and analyzing financial statements.

Must perform broad accounting and business tasks, including developing financial strategies, supervising finance personnel, and analyzing financial statements.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; be able to organize their work using tools, like MS, Excel, QuickBooks, and other financial system software. Ensures the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
- Overseeing departments involved in the purchase, pricing, investments, debt management, and accounts payable and receivable.
- Providing leadership and guidance to the finance and accounting teams.
- Providing recommendations to the CEOs and members of the executive team.
- Assisting in the processes of financial prediction and preparation of budgets.
- Overseeing the preparation of financial reports.
- Assisting the executive team with long-term financial and business planning.
- Establishing and maintaining good relationships with external partners, stakeholders, and investors.
- Tracking cash flow and analyzing the company’s financial weaknesses and strengths, while proposing corrective actions.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Must be willing to travel.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND EXERCISED:
- Receives supervision from the Chief Executive Officer.
- The position has formally assigned supervisory responsibility or authority to the finance and accounting team.
- Must complete jobs without constant supervision.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- The principal duties of this position are performed in an office environment.
- Works standing and sitting for prolonged periods of time while working on a daily basis.
- Sits, stoops, crawls, climbs, lifts, bends, kneels, pulls, and pushes while performing job duties.
- Ability to lift equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.
ALCOHOL AND DRUG TESTING POLICY:
This position is subject to the DLP Services LLC, Drug-Free Workplace Policy which includes: Post-Accident Testing, Random Testing, and/or Reasonable Suspicion Testing.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field is expected.
- At least 5-10 years of experience in a senior management position.
- Must pass a background check.
- Must be bilingual.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Effective interpersonal/communication skills.
- Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent financial forecasting skills
- Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to strategize and devise solutions.
- Impeccable analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers.
- Excellent financial planning skills and budget improvement.
- Honesty and integrity
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Other: Valid Drivers’ License Class C.
