As a Test Lead in a dynamic agile environment, you will be responsible for creating a test strategy, planning, facilitating, and coordinating testing activities across multiple functional areas and systems in North America. You will communicate the progress, the status, and issues of testing activities to key stakeholders across the organization.

You will improve the organization’s testing competency, knowledge, and use of automated testing tools.

You will help define testing standards and processes in conjunction with Agile Software Development Methodology, as well as ensure those standards are followed.

You will educate testers and developers in best practices, techniques, and types of testing to improve overall team performance and quality products.

You will be responsible for establishing and managing the necessary system environments and data for the test events.

• Plan, manage, and report on testing events, including coordinating multiple teams to ensure a quality product.
• Communicate and escalate blocking issues to appropriate stakeholders.
• Plan integrated test environments and data needs, as well as establishing a repeatable refresh process. Empower rather than manage testers through a community of practice that shares testing best practices, standards, and guides testers.
• Develop test plans and strategies.
• Help resolve roadblocks for testers.
• Identify opportunities for developers to create automated test scripts. Manage issues and defects process and reporting.
• Educate developers and stakeholders in testing best practices and embed those in the software development lifecycle.

• 5 years experience as a Test Lead or in a similar role in an Agile environment testing both internet-facing and corporate systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of test types, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience with Tosca and other test-automation and test-management t
• Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

Extras

• Experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite (release 12), Infolease, and/or Oracle Lease Management.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Experience in the Finance Industry is a plus.

Applicable Pay Range

$100,884.90 - $151,327.36

Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.

This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies.
