Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) Developer/Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and analyzing LCNC solutions to address business needs and automate processes. You will work closely with our business stakeholders and IT team to understand requirements, design, and implement efficient and effective solutions. Currently, this role will be focused on the QuickBase platform. However, additional LCNC tools, such as Microsoft Power Platform, may be supported in the future for various business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes that can be optimized or automated using LCNC solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement applications as well as various workflows to streamline and optimize business processes.
  • Customize and configure pre-built components and templates to build scalable and maintainable applications.
  • Test and debug applications and workflows to ensure functionality and performance meet requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LCNC applications with existing systems and databases, such as PowerBI.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to LCNC applications and provide timely support to end-users.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends and best practices in LCNC development and propose innovative solutions to enhance business processes.
  • Document technical specifications, user guides, and process documentation for developed applications.
  • Lead individual and group training sessions and knowledge sharing activities to enhance the skills of end users and facilitate citizen development as applicable.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience or coursework in programming/development. Familiarity with one or more LCNC platforms, particularly QuickBase, Power BI, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Power Apps, SharePoint Online, Sales force, ServiceNow, is desired, but not required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to analyze complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Python, or SQL.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
