Distinguished Plaintiff's First Party Property Litigation Law Firm with its office in MIAMI is looking for an experienced First Party Property TRIAL Attorney to join their firm REMOTELY! We represent homeowners who make claims against their homeowner's insurance companies for severe property damage as a result of hurricane, storm, wind, water and other property damage to residential and commercial properties. (This job is 100% REMOTE).

***IDEAL Candidates have 3 years experience in either Plaintiff's or Defense First Party Property Litigation in FLORIDA* and have taken AT LEAST 1 First Party Property case to Jury Trial all the way to verdict**

Even though this is a PLAINTIFF'S firm we will consider those who only have First Party Property DEFENSE experience (as long as you have tried cases).

JOB DUTIES: representing plaintiffs (homeowners) in high-value cases from initial pleadings, written discovery, taking/defending depositions, mediation, and trial. Preparing expert witnesses for depositions, taking expert witness depositions, meeting with clients, drafting demand letters, court hearings, substantive motions, preparing and arguing MSJs, complex legal research & writing, issuing/answering written discovery, negotating with public adjusters, settlement negotations, and managing all files assigned to you. Must be able to manage a high-volume caseload autonomously. Should be highly independent, organized and able to multi-task.

MUST be currently admitted to practice law AND live in FLORIDA.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
