Job Summary:

DK Haney Roofing, Fort Worth is seeking a motivated individual to join our growing company. As the Service Coordinator you will be the point of contact responsible for managing incoming service inquiries, scheduling appointments, and dispatching technicians, while also maintaining a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate will work well within a team culture and will be seeking a long-term career path.

Duties:

- Receive and process service requests from new and existing clients

- Create and schedule service requests utilizing Centerpoint Connect

- Communicate both internally with technicians and externally with clients via phone and email to provide relevant information in a timely and accurate manner

- Assist with other office administrative duties which may include timekeeping, invoicing, and delivering reports to clients

Requirments:

- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software

- After-hours and weekend availability
