```Duties``` - Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and transportation management. - Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to optimize productivity and minimize costs. - Ensure accurate and timely procurement of materials and supplies needed for warehouse operations. - Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. - Implement lean principles to improve efficiency and eliminate waste in warehouse operations. - Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments. - Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) software, such as AS400, to track inventory levels, monitor order status, and generate reports. - Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and conducting regular inspections. ```Skills``` - Strong knowledge of warehouse management principles and best practices. - Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), such as AS400. - Experience with fleet management and transportation logistics. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Ability to effectively supervise a team of warehouse personnel. - Knowledge of lean principles and experience implementing process improvements. - Familiarity with procurement processes and inventory control methods. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
