About Core Focus: Core Focus Personnel, LLC is a Staffing, Training, and Logistics company serving Alabama's automotive industry.
About the position: Automotive supplier in the Tuscaloosa, AL area seeking qualified Production Line/ Logistics workers. These are full time positions with availability on all shifts, shifts are 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am. Pay is 15/hourly, 90-day temp to hire, and weekly pay.
Responsibilities include:
- General production/ logistics in a team environment.
- Execute tasks on assembly line according to work instructions.
- Maintain production schedule.
- Complete quality checks during production/ assembly process.
- Adhere to all safety standards, PPE requirements, and OSHA regulations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have consistent production experience in a warehouse environment.
- Forklift experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work entire shift and overtime as needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to achieve production output.
All candidates are required to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
