Key Responsibilities:
1. Showroom Management:
· Greet and assist clients visiting the showroom, providing them with information about our products and service
· Showcase our countertop and cabinet offerings effectively, highlighting their features and benefits
· Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom to create an inviting environment for clients
2. Client Assistance:
· Respond to inquiries (phone and email) from customers regarding product specifications, pricing, and availability
· Provide personalized recommendations based on clients' needs and preferences, guiding them through the selection process
· Develop detailed estimates for projects, including itemized breakdowns of costs, labor, and materials required via QuickBooks live.
· Design cabinets and countertop layouts using 2020 Design Live
· Coordinate with the fabrication team to ensure timely delivery and installation of countertops and cabinets
· Follow-up with each client in a timely manner, tracking each communication effort
3. Sales and Client Outreach:
· Proactively reach out to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and networking to generate leads and foster new business relationships
· Follow up with leads and inquiries promptly, providing additional information and addressing any concerns to secure sales opportunities
· Track all sales and potential sales, providing recap monthly/quarterly
· Collaborate with Lauren to develop strategies for increasing sales volume and expanding our client base
4. Administrative Tasks:
· 1st point of contact for anyone who calls or comes in the door and relay any information to correct person
· Assist Troy and/or Tiffany Smith with any office/administrative tasks as needed
· Oversee company email and company phone line
· Track Google performance and website updates as needed (Work with Web management company to facilitate updates)
· Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, fabrication and installation
· Prepare quotes, invoices, and other documentation as needed to facilitate the sales process
· Update pricing from vendors as needed and request new pricing quarterly
· Request Google reviews from clients
· Order Material as needed from preferred vendors
· Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders for replenishment as necessary (retail and builder needs & new and remnant material)
