Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft development using PeopleCode, Fluid, SQR, Application Engine, and App Packages
In-depth knowledge of the PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 modules: Benefits, Core HR, Payroll, and Open Enrollment
Experience in Workday integration development using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services
Experience in Workday HCM modules is a plus
Strong analytical, problem solving, and debugging skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Nice to Have Skills and Experience

Job Description
A large oil and gas company is looking for a PeopleSoft Developer with WorkDay experience to join their team and assist with HR system projects. This person will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining PeopleSoft 9.2 modules and WorkDay integrations, while also providing technical documentation for the developed solutions and ensuring compliance standards are met. This person must be local to Houston, Tx and willing to work a hybrid schedule.
