This Contract Manufacturing Recruiter will support manufacturing plant sites for direct labor hiring (manufacturing & operations) in either California, Mississippi or Indiana.
What You'll Be DoingYou'll focus on proactively searching candidate databases for and connecting with potential talent.
You'll screen job applications to evaluate candidate suitability and you'll actively engage and generate employee referrals.
You'll take an active role in promoting our client as a great place to work. This means you'll understand what is needed to be successful in this environment and can speak authentically about what it's like to work with us.
You'll lead the candidate experience, providing a front-row seat into what candidates can expect.
You'll ensure the new hire process is positive and all onboarding successful.
What You'll BringBachelor's degree preferred with at least 2 years full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting- manufacturing recruiting required.
Outstanding oral and written communication and organizational skills-you'll love talking with candidates and Hiring Managers!
Proven capability in effectively handling concurrent hiring priorities and partners at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle without impacting delivery quality and timelines
Experience using recruiting tools such as an ATS and direct sourcing tools and techniques our client, uses Workday
