Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of the medical office.

Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Assist with medical scheduling and coordinate patient referrals
- Manage front desk operations, including checking in/out patients
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient patient flow
- Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or eClinicalWorks
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
