Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers is Hiring a Mental Health Professional- Partial Hospitalization Program Near Sunbury, PA

We are currently seeking a dynamic and compassionate individual to join our team as a Mental Health Professional in our Partial Hospitalization Program in Sunbury!

The Mental Health Professional will provide diagnostic/clinical impressions to treatment team members to maximize effective treatment outcomes for clients in care. Duties will include individual, family, and group counseling, and assisting in the development of Individual Treatment Plan goals and staff development training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's degree in a general recognized clinical field such as psychology, social work, etc.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in areas of child/adolescent behavioral health services.
  • c. Comprehensive knowledge of various treatment modalities and therapeutic approaches utilized in practice with children/adolescents.

What will you do?

  • To provide individualized diagnostic recommendations and clinical impressions to treatment team members.
  • Assist in the formation of Individual Treatment Plan goals.
  • Develop and facilitate educational training seminars relative to contemporary mental health treatment modalities.
  • Provide individual family and group counseling to identified special needs population.
  • Work closely with the Director of Clinical Quality, Program Director, Program Supervisor, Regional Clinical Coordinator of Outpatient Services, and Regional Administrative Coordinator of Outpatient Services implementing change when necessary to ensure quality programming.
  • Maintain open communication with Director of Clinical Quality, Program Director, Program Supervisor, Regional Clinical Coordinator of Outpatient Services, and Regional Administrative Coordinator of Outpatient Services to ensure effective treatment outcomes are being met.
  • Document and maintain client data via EMR.
  • Carry out all other duties as assigned by Director of Clinical Quality, Program Director, Program Supervisor, Regional Clinical Coordinator of Outpatient Services, and Regional Administrative Coordinator of Outpatient Services

You must be at least 21 years old. Ability to obtain Act 33 clearances, Criminal History and FBI Act 73 clearances. A valid driver's license is required. Ability to pass Safe Crisis Management is also required.
