POSITION SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIESThe Treasury Analyst will be responsible for supporting a multitude of treasury-related activities, including Cash Management, Risk Management, Debt Compliance and Lender Relationships.
Special focus to be placed on:
- Coordinate requests from participating lenders in Company’s $1.5 Billion revolving credit facility
- Coordinate processes for submitting required compliance and reporting data associated with Company’s Asset Backed Securitization instruments
- Performs wide variety of tasks integral to the company’s risk management functions including comprehensive tracking, validation and reporting of commodity derivative transactions
- Assist with preparation of materials required for various presentations including board package, semi-annual bank meetings and rating agency surveillance work
- Lead subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs
- Supports various Corporate Finance projects and requests related to, but not limited to, capital markets, rating agencies, peer benchmarking, etc.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Treasury or Banking functions
- MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- Experience in Oil & Gas (E&P) a plus
- CFA Level 1 or higher a plus
